Patients are responsible for checking with their NHS GP or other NHS providers to determine whether any travel vaccinations or related services may be available to them under NHS provision.
All fees associated with travel health consultations, vaccinations, treatments, and related services provided at Audley Mills Pharmacy / Rayleigh Travel Clinic remain the responsibility of the patient.
Travel vaccination recommendations are based on current medical guidance and the information provided by the patient during the consultation.
Patients are responsible for ensuring they attend appointments sufficiently in advance of travel to allow appropriate vaccination schedules where required.
The availability of certain vaccines may be subject to manufacturer supply, national shortages, or delivery delays, which are outside the control of Audley Mills Pharmacy. The pharmacy cannot guarantee the availability of specific vaccines at all times.
Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete travel and medical information, including destinations, duration of travel, medical history, medications, and previous vaccinations. Advice provided during the consultation is based on the information supplied by the patient.
Entry requirements for certain countries may include specific vaccinations, documentation, or health declarations. These requirements may change at short notice. Audley Mills Pharmacy / Rayleigh Travel Clinic cannot guarantee that vaccinations or advice provided will satisfy the entry requirements of any country. Patients are responsible for checking the latest requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, airline, or official government travel guidance prior to travel.
Where a Yellow Fever vaccination certificate (International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis – ICVP) is issued, patients are responsible for keeping this document safe. Replacement certificates may not always be available, and additional consultation or vaccination fees may apply if documentation is lost or damaged.
Patients may choose to decline recommended vaccinations or preventative treatments following consultation. In such cases, Audley Mills Pharmacy / Rayleigh Travel Clinic cannot accept responsibility for any health risks associated with declining recommended medical advice or treatment.
While vaccination and preventative advice can significantly reduce health risks when travelling, Audley Mills Pharmacy cannot guarantee protection from disease. The pharmacy cannot accept liability for illness contracted during travel, travel disruption resulting from incomplete vaccination courses, delayed consultations, failure to follow recommended vaccination schedules, or failure to comply with country entry requirements or medical advice.
Laboratory Blood Test Services
