Step 1: Please complete the enclosed Patient Registration Form and return to us using the pre-paid postage envelope provided,

or email the form to us at info@audleymillspharmacy.co.uk, or nominate us as your pharmacy via the NHS app.

Step 2: Request your repeat prescription from your doctor’s surgery or call us and we can do it for you.

Step 3: Your surgery will send us your prescriptions by EPS (Electronic Prescription Service) or we will collect it from the surgery.

Step 4: We will either deliver your medication or you can collect it from us.
